How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple, or enter your email and Relay sends you a sign-in link. There's no password to remember.
Which marketplaces does Relay list to?
Every listing is live on Relay. Connect eBay and Relay creates, updates and ends your eBay listings for you. Depop and StockX connections are waiting on those marketplaces' approval. For the others Relay prepares the listing and you post it.
Something I bought isn't as described.
Open the order in Relay and report a problem within 3 days of delivery. Payment is held until then, and Relay will be in touch.
How do I report a listing or block someone?
On any listing or profile, tap the ... button. Blocked people and your reports are under Profile, Privacy and safety.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, Delete account. Relay shows what will be removed before you confirm.
