Using Relay
You need to be 18 or older to use Relay. Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. By using Relay you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
What you list
Only list things you own and are allowed to sell. Describe them honestly, including flaws, and use your own photos. Relay can fill in details and write descriptions from your photos; you're responsible for checking them before you list. No counterfeits or replicas, nothing stolen, and nothing that's illegal to sell or banned by the marketplaces you post to.
Zero tolerance for abuse
There is no place on Relay for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, scams, spam or impersonation. You can report any listing or person and block anyone. We review every report, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts responsible, without notice when we need to.
Buying and selling on Relay
Relay doesn't take payment yet. A request to buy tells the seller you want the item at the listed (or agreed) price; when they accept, it's marked sold to you and you arrange payment and shipping with each other. Relay isn't a party to that sale and doesn't hold money, so be careful: use a payment method with buyer protection and never send money outside it to someone you don't know.
Other marketplaces
When you connect eBay or Depop, you let Relay create, update and end listings there for you. For marketplaces Relay can't connect to, Relay prepares the listing and you post it yourself. Every marketplace's own terms and fees still apply to what you sell there. Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show where a listing goes; Relay isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Prices and estimates
Price suggestions are early estimates, not appraisals. You set your own prices.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the iPhone app (Profile, Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Relay is provided as it is, while we build it; we'll update these terms as it changes and note the date at the top.
