Shipping and returns
For items bought with checkout on Relay. Ships within the United States.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat price set by the size of the parcel, shown before you pay. Relay buys the label and the seller ships it.
- SmallTees, tops, accessories, swimwear$6.99
- MediumJeans, hoodies, knits, sneakers$9.99
- LargeCoats, boots, bags$13.99
Sellers ship within 4 days of the sale. You get tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Returns
Every item is secondhand or one of a kind, so sales are final, with one exception: if it arrives and isn't as described, report it in Orders within 3 days of delivery and you get a full refund, including shipping. Relay holds your payment until then, so the seller is only paid once the window has passed.
